1. Store and acceptance

This online store is operated under the name Norrist. Norrist is an independent online retailer. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the store. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2. Products and information

We offer desk organization products. Product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, photographs, and package contents are provided to help you choose. Review the individual listing carefully; only items stated as included are part of the order. Display settings can affect how colors appear. We do not claim that Norrist manufactures products or is affiliated with a third-party brand unless a product page expressly says so.

3. Orders and payment

An order is a request to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for a lawful reason, including an apparent pricing or availability error, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfill it. If we cancel after payment, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method. Prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout; Standard shipping is currently USD . Payment methods vary by order and are available only when presented in checkout. No subscription or automatic renewal is represented for the current catalog.

4. Shipping and returns

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Review our Shipping Policy for processing, transit, address, delay, and rate details. Return requests and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If a shipment is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, we will notify you and let you accept a new timeline or cancel for a prompt refund.

5. Site use and content

Use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, or use information from the store to infringe another person's rights. Store text, design, and Norrist identifiers are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party marks and product names belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement.

6. Third-party services and privacy

The store is hosted using Shopify and may rely on service providers involved in checkout, payment, delivery, support, or site operation. Their services may be subject to their own terms. 7. Errors, availability, and changes

We may correct errors, update product information, or change the store. An update does not change the terms applicable to an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided as available. Nothing here excludes an express product promise or a warranty or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent permitted by law, Norrist is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store; this does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
