Privacy Policy

Quick summary: We use information needed to operate the store, fulfill orders, provide support, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Shopify hosts the storefront and checkout. The store's privacy controls are automatically managed by Shopify; its cookie banner is currently disabled in the settings we reviewed. Do not treat browsing as consent to optional advertising or analytics.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with the store, information may include contact details, shipping and billing information, order and return records, payment transaction status, messages you send us, and technical data such as browser, device, IP address, and interaction logs. Payment-card details are handled through the checkout/payment provider; we do not ask you to send a full card number or CVV by email.

2. Sources and purposes

We receive information from you, your browser, Shopify, and service providers involved in a transaction or support request. We use it to process orders, arrange delivery, respond to questions, administer returns and refunds, secure the store, prevent fraud, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Shopify and service providers

Shopify provides storefront and checkout infrastructure. Information may be processed by Shopify and by providers needed to process payment, host or secure the store, deliver orders, or provide customer support. Providers receive information needed for their role and may process it in other countries. We do not claim a specific advertising or analytics provider is active unless the store's current configuration confirms it.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Shopify and the browser may use cookies or similar technologies needed for checkout, security, preferences, or store operation. Analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads, enhanced conversions, and personalized advertising are not represented here as active. Their use depends on the current store configuration and any applicable choices. The cookie banner was disabled in the store settings at the time this policy was prepared.

Shopify's native privacy-choice page is available at Your Privacy Choices. Do not use this policy as a consent mechanism. Loading the Google map embedded on our Contact page sends a request and device information to Google; you can choose not to load it.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We may disclose information to Shopify and relevant service providers for store, payment, delivery, security, and support functions; to professional advisers; to a successor in a lawful business transaction; or when required to comply with law, protect rights, or address fraud or security concerns. We do not state that personal information is sold or shared for targeted advertising unless current configuration and applicable law support that statement.

6. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including order administration, legal, tax, accounting, dispute, and security needs. Retention periods depend on the record and legal obligations. We use safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Children and cross-border processing

The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us. Shopify or a service provider may process information outside your state or country, subject to applicable safeguards and law.

8. US privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. You may also have rights regarding sensitive information, profiling, authorized agents, and appeals. Rights and exceptions vary by state. We do not claim that every optional advertising or analytics activity is enabled.

Submit a request through Your Privacy Choices or email support@norrist.com with the request type and relevant account/order details. We may ask for reasonable information to verify identity and authority. An authorized agent may need proof of authorization and identity verification as required by law. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any denial and available appeal process where required. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

9. Global Privacy Control

Shopify's native privacy choices experience may process applicable browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control where supported. We have not independently tested every browser or signal path; use the native choices page or contact us for a request. The page provides the current Shopify-managed opt-out experience.
