Shipping Policy

Quick summary: Standard shipping is currently free (USD ). Allow 1–2 business days for processing and an estimated 2–4 business days in transit, about 3–6 business days total. Estimates are not delivery guarantees.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the 50 US states and the District of Columbia only. US territories, APO/FPO and other military postal addresses, and international destinations are not available. Alaska and Hawaii are included as US states. A PO Box may be used only if checkout accepts it and the carrier can deliver the parcel to that address; contact us before ordering if you need to confirm one.

Processing and transit estimates

Orders are generally processed in 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit is estimated at 2–4 business days, for an estimated 3–6 business days from order to delivery. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Order volume, address validation, weather, carrier operations, and other events may affect timing. These estimates are not guarantees.

When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the order email after dispatch. Carrier tracking may take time to show its first scan.

Delays and order choices

If we learn we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and give you the choice to accept a new timeline or cancel the order. If you cancel before shipment, we will issue a prompt refund to the original payment method.

Rates and address accuracy

Standard shipping currently costs USD with no minimum order. The final shipping eligibility and rate are shown in checkout. Please enter a complete, deliverable address. If checkout does not accept your address, contact us before placing an order. Addresses outside the 50 states and DC cannot be shipped.
