Refund Policy

Quick summary: Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Eligible approved returns use a prepaid label, have no restocking fee, and are not exchanged. Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receipt and inspection.

Return request period

Contact us within 30 calendar days after the delivery date to request a return. A request is not approved until we confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Change-of-mind returns

For a change of mind, the product must be unused and undamaged and include all accessories supplied with it. Please keep the item and packaging in suitable condition while we review the request. Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or misdescribed items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, is the wrong item, is missing an included part, or materially differs from its description, contact us promptly with your order number and a description. Photos of the item and packaging can help us assess the issue. We will explain the appropriate next steps.

Return shipping, fees, and exchanges

For an eligible approved return, we provide a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee. We do not offer exchanges; if you want another item, request a return if eligible and place a separate order. Contact us before mailing anything. The published correspondence address is not a return destination.

Refund timing

For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

If an order has not shipped and we cannot meet the stated shipping timeframe, we will notify you and let you accept a new timeline or cancel for a prompt refund.
